Intro class

IMPORTANT:

Every student must complete an Intro to Ninja Class prior to attending the first session.

Introduction to Ninja Class is required for everyone under the age of 16 BEFORE signing up for a class or open gym. Our intro class ensures all members understand the safety rules and fundamentals of ninja obstacles so all ninjas can have fun and improve strength, agility and balance. 

We pride ourselves on a positive, fun and safe environment and want you to build a strong foundation and set you up for success!

Pee Wee Ninja

4-5 Years old

IMPORTANT:

This class introduces students to our obstacles and how to safely and correctly navigate them. We also teach them what to do when they cannot complete the obstacle. Each week we teach our students to complete two obstacles. At the end of the class the students have a chance to run a new course. We do not offer Pee Wee Ninjas Open Gym.

Mini Ninja 

6-7 years old

Junior Ninja

13 years and up

IMPORTANT:

This class introduces students to our obstacles and how to safely and correctly navigate them. We also teach them what to do when they cannot complete the obstacle. Each week we will teach our students to complete two obstacles a class. At the end of the class they have a chance to run a course we set up. We have a monthly event where the students can show off their new talents.

 

We do offer Open Gym for Youth Ninjas. In order for children 8-12 years old to attend Open Gym they must complete the following in addition to Intro to Obstacle Training Class:

  • Attend at least 8 classes

  • Maintain a monthly membership attending at least one class per week.

  • Pass our coaches Passport to Obstacle Evaluation.

 

Once you have completed at least 8 classes your coach will evaluate for Open Gym. Once you meet the qualifications, 1 free drop-in will be added to your monthly class membership. Additional drop-in classes are discounted to $10.00.

Ninja Strength

In our Adult Strength Training we start our class with a warm up on the G-NAT system. From there our coaches will have multiple courses with different stations that focus on either core, upper body or lower body muscles.

We make getting in shape, fun and always maintain a positive environment!

Adult Open Gym

​Come to Adult Open Gym and experience what it’s like to be a ninja warrior. Our coaches help you learn how to traverse the many obstacles, as well as give pointers on form.

 

Practice at your own pace while having fun at the same time. We have weekly challenges to test your skills, along with friendly competitions and games.

 

Must be age 13 or older and have completed an intro class or knowledge of the obstacles.

Adult HIIT

HIIT, or high intensity interval training is designed to burn the max amount of calories in a short amount of time. Life is busy, so why spend hours at the gym if you can get it done in 30 minutes? 

 

Join our fun, encouraging and results oriented classes to help you reach your goals, gain more energy and lean out. Although this a group setting, training is individualized for all athletic levels to ensure you're safe and get results.

Single Membership

$60/month- 1 class per week. $100/month- 2 classes per/week (3 month commitment and 1 month notice to cancel)

Single HIIT Membership

$100/month- unlimited HIIT classes, nutrition consultations, goal setting and weigh-ins/body fat %. Also included Tuesday Ninja Strength class with a RSVP at least 24 hours in advance (class size is limited). 3 month commitment and 1 month notice to cancel.

Family Membership (2 people)

$110/month   save $10/month - 3 month commitment (1 month notice to cancel)

Family HIIT Membership (2 people)

$150/month- unlimited HIIT classes, nutrition consultations, goal setting and weigh-ins/body fat %. Also included Tuesday Ninja Strength class with a RSVP at least 24 hours in advance (class size is limited). 3 month commitment and 1 month notice to cancel.
